Welcome to Xyron Development (xyrondev.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, custom Discord bot software, automation scripts, hosting solutions, and technical development services.

By purchasing our plans, utilizing our tools, or inviting our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Services

Xyron Development provides flexible, modular, and high-performance Discord automation infrastructure, including custom bot builds, specialized moderation suites, multi-department ticket systems, and advanced utility tools.

2. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

• Flat Rates & Setup Fees: Fees for Basic Implementation, Advanced Automation, and Enterprise Solutions are agreed upon before deployment. Setup fees are one-time payments.
• Recurring Services: Monthly maintenance and bot hosting instances operate on a recurring subscription model handled via our storefront gateways (Whop/Tebex).
• No-Refund Policy: Because Xyron Development operates on a strict "Showcase First, Pay Later" ruleset — allowing clients to interact with and approve a live operational demo of the software before processing payment — all delivered products are deemed fully accepted. Consequently, all payments are final, and refunds are not issued unless explicitly determined otherwise by our management team.

3. Acceptable Use and Account Responsibilities

Users and clients agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or maliciously decompile Xyron Development bot source templates.
• Use our automation infrastructure or status heartbeat hooks to break the official Discord Terms of Service or Developer Policy.
• Utilize our ticket systems or utilities to host or distribute illegal material.
• Abuse application commands to intentionally flood, lag, or crash our centralized hosting nodes.

4. Limitation of Liability and Uptime

While Xyron Development implements robust architectures, automated backups, and 24/7 master bot monitoring systems to secure high availability, our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not liable for operational disruptions, data losses, or server downtime caused directly by third-party hosting dependencies, underlying server node errors, or Discord API outages.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to revoke bot licenses, terminate active hosting containers, or deny technical support access to any client found violating these Terms, engaging in fraudulent chargeback disputes, or exhibiting abusive behavior toward our staff or development team.
