To provide automated server infrastructure, infrastructure monitoring, and reliable support systems, our applications collect specific end-user data:

• Discord User Data: Discord User IDs, usernames, and avatar hashes.
• Discord Server Data: Server (Guild) IDs, channel names, role names, and configured permissions.
• Operational Logs: Message content explicitly generated within support tickets, moderation command logs (kicks, bans, warnings), and bot interaction inputs.
• Technical Metrics: Heartbeat status data, system uptime metrics, and response times for hosted bots.

2. How We Use Your Data

We process collected data exclusively to maintain server operational functionality:

• To route support tickets accurately via our multi-department dropdown systems.
• To log moderation actions to ensure security suite compliance for server owners.
• To monitor application health via our centralized master heartbeat monitoring system.

We never sell, rent, or trade user data to third-party marketing services.

3. Data Storage and Retention

All operational and user configuration data is securely stored within our centralized backend databases (MongoDB). Data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill server management functions. If a bot is removed from a Discord server, associated local configurations are queued for deletion or archived securely.

4. Third-Party Services and Payments

Payment processing, client access lifecycles, and digital store infrastructure are managed securely through third-party platforms, such as Whop. Xyron Development does not store or directly process your credit card numbers or banking credentials. Please refer to your respective payment gateway's privacy policy for financial data terms.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

Users and server administrators have the right to request the complete removal of their stored data from our databases. To submit a data erasure request, please join our official Xyron Dev Hub on Discord and open a Technical Support ticket.
